Our UEFA A licence Director has worked full time in football for the past 22 years. His career after leaving University with an Honours degree in Sports Management began at Wycombe Wanderers F.C but Championship club Reading F.C soon came calling and he enjoyed 13 years of success in the club's community and academy programme's during the club's most successful years including promotion to the Premier League. Tristan set up the JMA Reading & led them to being crowned National ESFA Champions & Conference Youth Alliance Champions before establishing the Pro Direct Soccer Academy and then UNITED SELECT.

In 2011, after completing his UEFA A Licence, Tristan joined Conference Premier Club Hayes & Yeading, where he has had 2 spells as caretaker manager, steering the club to National League safety on both occasions. In 2017, Tristan joined National League side Welling as caretaker manager. He went on to become Director of Football at the Wings setting up the clubs Academy and embarking on a record breaking FA Youth Cup run.

Billericay Town then recruited Tris as Head 1st team Coach but with the side Top of the Table  he was asked  to join National League side Maidstone United as Assistant Manager, later becoming Caretaker Manager leading the team to important wins away at Boreham Wood and Hartlepool United & steering them to the last 16 of the FA Trophy. He then joined National League side Ebbsfleet United on a short term deal mid way through the 2020/21 season coming into stabilise their side after a difficult start and proceeded to completely turned the Fleets season around with ex spurs and Reading player Kevin Watson, the Fleet finished the season with a better form point return than eventual Champions Barrow. He left The Fleet after a fine 1-0 win away at Halifax live on BT Sport the last televised game in Europe before the  Covid 19 outbreak.

It was then a swap from the National League dugout to the scouting department at Premier League club Arsenal FC where Tris is a memeber of the Pro Development Phase recruitment team looking at First Team U23 and U18 players across the UK and Europe for the Gunners.

Since 2008 Tristan has also been the lead external professional coach at the most prestigious school in the World, Eton College, enjoying 3 ISFA National Finals and tours to America, Japan x 2, Malaysia, Jersey & Spain x 3. 

Over 550 National League games in the dugout and now employed by Premier League side Arsenal  Tristan is incredibly experienced and well connected but loves supporting our young players on their football and education journey.

Craig is our resident Exercise Scientist and has recently relocated from South Africa. Having qualified with a post-graduate degree in Sports Science and with over 15 years’ experience within the industry, Craig has worked with numerous international level teams and athletes with the highlight being the Physical Trainer for the Portuguese National Football Team during the 2010 World Cup Football Finals with players such as Cristiano Ronaldo

Although Craig has worked at an elite sports level, he also assists our players in their rehabilitation from injury and is one of our academic tutors.

He is also Head of Sports Science at Billericay Town and spent time along side Tristan at Maidstone United, Welling united and Ebbsfleet as Head of Sports Science and is currently lead practitioner and owner of our partners Rehab Perform .

Bradley who is 22 years old is one of our United Select Academy coaches who delivers across many aspects of our programme He graduated from Cox green Academy with a L3 Sports Diploma while also playing at Windsor FC. After impressing in men's football, Bradley jumped up through 5 leagues and is currently playing at National league side Sutton United, He scored on his debut and the went on and was awarded Young Player of the year in his first year. Bradley has now played in and out of the National league for the last 3 years. 

Bradley looks after our after school sessions at Eton Porny,  Dorney School and is also our 121 coaching mentor for the youngest 121 clients.
