GIRLS ACADEMY
Our Full-Time Football Scholarship, based at Beaconsfield Town FC, offers Year 11 leavers an exciting opportunity to combine full-time education with a high-quality football development programme.
For the 2026/27 season, we are proud to introduce our Girls Academy Programme in partnership with Beaconsfield Town FC, creating a dedicated pathway for talented female players to develop both academically and athletically.
Our expanding women’s pathway includes:
- A Senior Team competing at Step 5
- A Development Team competing at Step 7
- A brand-new U18 Team launching for the 2026/27 season
This structure provides players with a clear and progressive route to advance their football careers while continuing their education. We offer two- or three-year development pathways, designed to support students who wish to:
- Enhance and develop their football performance
- Achieve recognised academic qualifications, including both A-Level pathways and sport-specific qualifications
- Explore potential careers within the sports industry, such as coaching, performance analysis, recruitment, and sports science
This programme is ideal for students looking for a structured pathway into higher education, competitive football opportunities, or a future career in sport.
The Education
Our Beaconsfield Town Girls Academy has a duel purpose Education programme allowing learners to study either a Sports Specific course in partnership with Stanmore College or a varied A level offering in partnership with The Beaconsfield School.
This setup allows learners to experience the structure and standards of college education while being fully immersed in a professional football club environment — creating the ideal balance for sports-focused students.
Our bespoke Education pathways allow our learners to follow an Education pathway ideal for them and their futures and with all learners coming together for the football its a perfect mix of Football and Education!
The Football
Through a unique football pathway in partnership with Beaconsfield Town FC, we are able to offer a wide range of competitive football opportunities to suit players at different stages of their development.
Our programme includes:
- Senior First Team football at Step 5 with our Womens first team
- Development Senior Football at Step 7
- U18 Junior Football
This tiered structure ensures every player can enter the pathway at the appropriate level, with clear opportunities to progress, develop, and grow within a competitive and supportive football environment.

The trial night is open to any girls who would like to learn more about both the football pathway and the Academy itself. It’s a great opportunity to see how we can support and assist you in your football journey.
